TECHNICAL FEATURES
v TZGS series iron roughneck is a mechanization tool which is used for making up and braking out of drill pipe, drill collar on offshore and onshore drilling rigs. It mainly consists of spinning tongs, torque tongs, telescopic arm, hydraulic control system, electric and air control system, etc.
v The spinning tong is used for spinning drill string with high-speed. The torque tong can make up and break out with large torque by low speed according to requirements of drilling process.
v The telescopic arm can perform automatic alignment of forward and backward, up and down, rotary and other operations according to the position of the drill string.
v Automatic alignment and realize make up and break out. Also making up and braking out with the maximum angle of 7 degree in front-back-left-right positions when drilling string is set at mouse hole.
v Considering reliable, safe, efficient at site, adopt SIEMENS PLC and wireless control technology and realize three control modes, wireless remote control mode, local emergency control mode, and driller integrated control mode, which can be selected freely.
v The three control modes can be switched to each other without difficulty.
